10月11日下午，我院在行政中心第一会议室召开了档案管理软件培训会议。各部门的兼职档案管理人员参加了此次培训会。
培训会特别邀请立鼎软件公司的马文社先生就档案管理软件的运行环境、性能、主要功能等方面做了详细的讲解与演示。“经过系统的建设，今后，档案管理工作不再是繁杂的纸质卷宗管理，而是运用软件对档案进行简单方便的单件管理。我们希望，通过这次培训能让大家充分了解档案管理软件的功能与作用，推进育才学院数字化校园建设的进展。”马文社说。
“这一改革将帮助学院的档案管理工作迈上新台阶，促进数字化校园的构建。”学院综合档案室主任翁庆芳告诉记者。
