10月24日，学院2012年度国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金和贫困生助学金评审工作会在行政中心第一会议室召开。党委书记程明亮、副书记黄泽文，副院长周宏光，学生工作与就业处负责人及各二级学院党总支书记、书记助理等参加了会议。
程明亮强调，“三金”的评选工作关系到学生的切身利益，各二级学院必须予以高度重视。相关细则还要进一步修订，优秀贫困生的评审要着重考虑学生的学习成绩、综合评定及家庭实际情况，多听取各方面的意见，逐步完善评审细则与标准，做到优中选优。此外，一定要注意规范地填写相关信息，对获奖学生的宣传报道也要全面而深入。
黄泽文指出，“三金”的评审是党和政府对教育事业的关怀与支持，是对学生学习方面的鼓励与鞭策。学院有关部门要高度重视评审过程，确保公平、公正、公开，尤其是对优秀贫困生的认定更要公正严格。
刘淋淋向评审领导小组汇报此次“三金”评审的相关情况。她说，我院共有有国家奖学金获得者29人，国家励志奖学金500人，贫困生助学金4817人。对上报的学生名单进行了全院和二级学院的两级公示，确保了评审过程的公开、公平、公正。工作实施过程中，各二级学院高度重视，严格把关，评审工作进展规范、有序。随后，各二级学院的评审委员也根据本院情况就名额分配、评定标准等问题提出意见并进行了讨论。
周宏光对工作会进行了总结。他说，希望各二级学院能按照学院要求，认真开展好此项工作。他希望，受表彰的同学要戒骄戒躁，在学习和生活中能起到模范带头作用。
