为贯彻落实重庆市教委《关于开展高等学院“五说”系列论坛的通知 》精神，全面提升学院教师的教学水平，促进教师与学院共同发展，12月19日，学院“教师说课”比赛在理工学院举行。
据悉，本次“说课”活动包括教研室（系）主任说课程建设，任课教师说课程教学两项主要内容。比赛分为陈述和现场答辩两部分，分别有10名教研室（系）主任和10名任课教师参加了最后的决赛，记者在现场看到，参赛教师们运用现代化教学技术与手段，制作了图文并茂的精美课件，展示了各自对课程构思、课程设计、课程实现和课程运作等教学环节的理解和认识。而各位教研室（系）主任则围绕着本专业人才培养目标和模式、课程体系建设、重点和精品课程建设、课程实践条件建设等四个方面，提出了对教学改革、课程建设等方面的见解。
院长何向东和党委书记程明亮分任两个评委组的组长。赛后，他们对此次比赛作了总结，对参赛教师们提出了意见和希望。
