2013年7月25日，经过激烈的角逐，我校师生在第九届“青春中国”全国校园才艺选拔赛中喜获佳绩。

由我校音乐学院的学生组成的代表队在指导老师吉国强的带领下，先于6月2日在重庆分赛区声乐比赛中，荣获一等奖、二等奖；又在7月25日的总决赛中再创佳绩，搏得头筹。10级表演专业陈甜甜、10级音乐学专业张蓓获得一等奖，10级表演专业方琴、10级音乐学专业陈丽蓉获得二等奖。指导教师吉国强荣获“优秀指导教师奖”，并受邀担任“青春中国”第十届组委会评委。

据悉，此次比赛是由中国关心下一代工作委员会、世界文化联盟、中国文化产业促进会、中国歌剧舞剧院、全国校园才艺选拔活动组织委员会等七家单位联合主办。
