9月2日上午，管理学院召开了2012级新生见面会。管理学院团总支书记吴静出席了会议，2012级全体新生参加了此次见面会。会议由学院团总支学生会主办。
新生见面会以座谈会的形式展开，学院各年级、各专业的学长学姐们与新同学们畅谈大学生成长成才经历。12级预科部的新同学们与09届学生会的学长学姐们就生活、学习与实践等问题进行了交流。新同学们积极踊跃的提问，学生会学长学姐们都认真仔细地为他们答疑解惑。
之后，同学们观看了学生会技术部制作的“走进管院天地”的视频短片，加深了对管理学院的认识。
